In real estate it's about "Location, Location, Location." When we do interior
photography we emphasize the exterior balanced with interior view. This requires special lighting techniques
you will rarely see used by non-professional photographers. Colors are enhanced and walls are perspective corrected. We
focus on the important design features of a house whether it be ceilings or floors. A variety of camera lenses
are used to fit the need including telephoto and wide angle. Fisheye distortions caused by a wide angle lenses, which
makes door or wall look curved, are always digitally removed from images.
Staging items missed prior to photography
